Welcome to Hanashopus. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following billing terms and conditions. These terms ensure transparency, secure transactions, and a smooth shopping experience for all customers.

1. Payment Method

We currently accept PayPal as our sole payment method. All payments are processed securely via PayPal’s encrypted checkout platform.

Customers can use:

  • PayPal account balance

  • Credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) linked to PayPal

  • Bank transfers via PayPal (if applicable)

2. Billing Currency

All orders placed on Hanashopus are billed in United States Dollars (USD). Your financial institution may apply additional conversion fees if your account uses a different currency.

3. Order Confirmation and Invoicing

Once your payment is successfully processed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email including your order number, billing details, and order summary.

  • A digital receipt will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • You may also request a full invoice by contacting us at support@hanashopus.com.

4. Taxes and Additional Charges

We do not charge sales tax for domestic (U.S.) orders at this time. However, international orders may be subject to local taxes, import duties, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our billing amount.

5. Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize Hanashopus to charge the total amount of your order to the payment method provided at checkout. If your payment is declined or cannot be verified, your order will not be processed.

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error or unauthorized charge on your billing statement:

  • Please contact our support team at support@hanashopus.com within 7 business days of the transaction.

  • We will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.

We are committed to resolving all billing inquiries fairly and promptly.

7. Fraud Prevention

To protect against unauthorized use of your payment method, all transactions are subject to verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
